Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. All orders include tracking once they are shipped.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6–9 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet — is this normal?

Yes. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment while the carrier registers the package.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
